Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) has started using its new premises in the BÈTA Technology & Business Accelerator business centre at High Tech Campus Eindhoven since 1 September 2009. The premises at the Campus is now TI’s third office in the Benelux, after Utrecht and Brussels. On 1 September TI signed a contract with Brainport Development, responsible for the operation of the BÈTA Technology & Business Accelerator business centre.
The arrival of TI confirms the appeal of the unique innovation eco-system in Brainport and gives it an added boost. Brainport Development, NV BOM, High Tech Campus Eindhoven and the municipal authorities of Helmond and Eindhoven are working closely together within the Brainport Acquisition programme that focuses on attracting (foreign) companies and institutes that will strengthen the Brainport profile. The programme partners actively draw international attention to the location and investment benefits as well as other economic potential of Brainport.
